Synopsis
Centered around a party where a relatively innocent-married young man discovers the diverse sex practices of a dozen people, Sextool explores a fantasy Los Angeles populated by boxers, leathermen, and sailors, and where racial justice is upside down. Sextool was of the most ambitious and least successful pornographic films ever made, shot on 35mm in hopes of Arthouse crossover success, but the film only puzzled or offended theater managers. Halsted called it “Sexual Politics.”
