Synopsis

A political mockumentary that never talks about politics. Rose, a "professional dog walker" has occupied a vacant house and now calls it home: the realization of a dream. 

Gabriela Gaia Meirelles and Clara Anastácia is a female creative duo living in the Brazilian diaspora, interested in discussing the space of an ugly film made in a country that exports beauty. SCARCE is the first film of a trilogy they call "decolonial melodramas".
